Frequently asked questions

What is Lylas Blends?

Lyla’s Blends creates freeze-dried meals made from fresh, whole ingredients. Each blend is precision-cooked to preserve nutrients, freeze-dried for long shelf life, and tested to ensure safety and quality—especially for feeding-tube use.

Who are these blends for?

Our meals are designed for children and adults who use feeding tubes, as well as anyone needing clean, nutrient-dense, easy-to-digest food. Families can also use them for travel, busy days, and gentle gut nourishment.

How do I prepare Lylas Blends

Add liquid, stir or shake, and let the blend fully dissolve. Warm liquid helps the food rehydrate faster but any temperature will do. You can add clean oils like avocado or olive oil, broth, or any other liquid you prefer or need

What is your return policy?

Because our products are food items, returns are not accepted. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us—we’re committed to making it right.

What makes your meals nutrient-dense?

We begin with high-quality, fresh ingredients from trusted farms. Foods are gently cooked to retain vitamins and antioxidants, then freeze-dried to lock in freshness. This results in more nutrition per gram and excellent bioavailability.

Where are Lyla’s Blends made?

All meals are cooked, freeze-dried, milled, and packaged in small batches in Maine, using carefully vetted suppliers and processors.

Do you use organic ingredients?

We prioritize organic and regenerative farms whenever possible. Some ingredients are sourced from small growers with exceptional quality even if they lack formal certification. All sourcing is transparent and quality-verified.
